This is a really nice character study. You've got a great painting style!

Here's the crit--the anatomy is off. I keep looking at the arms in particular--they're not right. They're either too short for the overall body length, or the legs are too long. Either way, that straight arm looks a little 'gimpy'. If you compare elbow locations with the bent arm, it's about 3-4 inches too short. The muscles aren't correct either... You've got weird bulges where there should be joints or tendons.

If you work up your anatomy a little, you'll be awesome!

Cool character concept, the waist seems a bit thin when compared to the arms, and his left arm looks like it's been brocken backwards.

That is a very proffesional character design. It has lots of Final Fantasy and Vagrant Story feeling....top marks!
