The hair, and skin of both are very well done, though the veins aren't entirely believeable. Veins tend to go in the direction of appendage and I think they should be a slightly different colour to make it easier to fade back into skin. The face looks slightly skewed (mainly where the characters right eye is higher than the left) and I'm not to struck on the cropping. I would like to see more of the picture to get a better sense of a story.
Overall, quite a good piece, obviously showing your potential as an artist.

Some may think that the devil is cut off at the top and cropped badly, but it isn't in my eyes at all because you continued the missing part of his skull at the bottom of the picture! Of course it isn't HIS head, but visually, compositionally, we associate it to be. ... does this make sense?
Whether it does or not you're getting top marks for doing it, I love seeing tricky compositions! - great technique and coloring and all that too of course
